Full Text	1864 Koszta Iowa June 1st I recd your welcom letter of the 18th of last month this morning It was truly welcom I was going to say you can not tell how much good your letters do me I await their weekly visits anxiously There is no news to write as I started a letter to you yesterday and wrote almost every thing I could think of. Only the young folks met at the church this eve for singing I did not go over as you know I can not do any good if I do go. We had quite a thunder strom last night and it has been quite cold all day.
