Full Text	On U. S. Gun Boat Essex. off Baton Rouge, La First Master H.A. Glasford Sir You will report for duty to Capt. R.K. Riley on board the Anglo American and take with you the officers of the late U.S. Gun Boat Sumpter. Very respectfully your obt servent (signed) W. D.
