I hereby agree, in consideration for the sum of Two Hundred Pounds. Eighty of which are to be expended in forwarding the sale of the Indicator, to give over, to Mr. Joseph Appley and from Wednesday the 8 of this present March 1820 a third of the regular weekly profits of that publication, till it shall be convenient for me to repay the said sum of Two Hundred Pounds; the said third of the weekly profit being paid to Mr. Joseph Appley and for one half year certain in that any reference to the said repayment. and notice of a further term of half a year being given, whenever the said repayment is intended to be made and in the event of the Indicator being from any cause discontinued; the said sum of Two Hundred Pounds to be returned to Mr. Joseph Appley and. within three months after its discontinuance.
