public duties will not allow me to be away fr*m this city, the time that excursion
will take.

annual estimates and reports of the Departments, make it i upossible forme to be
present with the Directors of the Union Pacific Railroad C mipany in their proposed celebration of its completion westward, to the 100th Meridian.

public measures of this age and country 1 should be par Icnlarlv interested in
