Dear sir:-
I have had placed in my handss for sale, 190 acres of
land in the Adirondack Woods.  The property is situated in Essex
County with 610 feet fronting Lake Placid.  There is a log hotel
known as "Hotel Castle Rustico".  The property is reached by Hudson River Railroad and Chataquay to Saranac thence 9 miles by stage
The price asked is $45,000 but I think it can be bought
right.   If you will make me a reasonable offer I will do my very
best for you.  If you do not care to buy, perhaps you can tell me
who you think would be interested in it.  An early reply will
greatly oblige,
