BISHOP FRANCIS J. McCONNELL
B
ISHOP FRANCIS J. McCONNELL of the Methodist Episcopal Church is a recognized religious leader of the present time. Raised to the bishopric in 1912, he has served in this capacity with notable success. In addition to his episcopal duties in the United States, he has been bishop of the Methodist Church in charge of Mexico.
He has spent much time in Mexico, and his lectures on conditions in that troublous country are decidedly enlightening and presented from an unbiased viewpoint.
The Bishop recently returned from an extended trip through China and the Far East. He has prepared an illuminating lecture which is based upon his observations there.
Bishop McConnell is one of the great lecturers and writers of the day.
An inspirational lecture,
Social Imagination,
is always enthusiastically acclaimed.
