The audience was especially delighted with Miss Wright's and Mr. Fuson's duets, as the voices of the two singers blended in close harmony and they were very generous with encores. —

Miss Wright has a charming and unaffected manner and won her audience as much by that as by the rich cadences of her voice—with it's carefully controlled tones, her lovely voice met the needs of the heavier numbers as easily as the more popular ones which she included. —

Individual Recitals and Oratorio
E
THEL WRIGHT and TOM FUSON are husband and wife. They met while touring the Pacific Coast in the summer of 1916, and were married two years later. During the great war, Mr. Fuson served in the Field Artillery, and his wife divided her time between concert engagements, singing in the camps and Red Cross work. For the past seven years the two singers have lived their careers in exact parallel and have demonstrated rather conclusively that artists CAN live in domestic and artistic harmony. While Mr. and Mrs. Fuson are happiest when working together, they fill many engagements separately. They are known as individual recitalists and oratorio artists of distinct ability.
Management, WRIGHT–FUSON, 615 West 164th Street, New York City.
