Royal Holland Bell Ringers
A FAMILY ORCHESTRA Offering a Program Distinctively Different!
Native Costumes Swiss Hand Bells The Cymbal Harp Cathedral Chimes
Native Folk Songs and Dances
A MOST UNIQUE ENTERTAINMENT — The Royal Holland Bell Ringers occupy a unique position in the world of entertainment. Since coming to this country a few years ago they have won an envious reputation, have firmly established themselves, and have played and sung themselves into the hearts of the people everywhere. Theirs is a versatile programme of many rare and artistic novelties interspersed with Folk Songs and Dances of the picturesque Netherlands.
Colorful Costumes of the Netherlands
Appearing in costume, they introduce such novel musical instruments as Swiss Hand Bells, the Cymbal Harp (a peculiar instrument which must be played with gloved hands), Cathedral Chimes, Rattlebones and the Ocarina, the smallest musical instrument imported from Holland. They even get music out of ordinary Farm Bells.
There are six members in this popular family organization, and their programme will satisfy the most particular audiences.
Praised By Queen Wilhelmina
The Royal Holland Bell Ringers are great favorites in the Court of Holland. Their programmes are most delightful, entertaining and instructive. — WILHELMINA, Queen of the Netherlands.
