Red China's Next Move

How to settle the arrogant Chinese Reds and yet not provoke war is the fearful question plaguing all the free world. Now in our own Capital the big debate is raging as the issues are being argued. Today no member of Congress speaks with such authority on Far Eastern affairs as Congressman Judd. He knows Chinese Communism from the bitter experience of living under it during his nine years as a surgeon in China. Early in 1943 it was Dr. Judd who outlined a ten-point program for the treatment of Japan and the nations in the Far East, which was taken as the basis for General MacArthur's occupation policies. Dr. Judd has a factual picture of the Orient, and when he is scheduled to speak, his fellow members crowd the floor to hear him as for few other speakers. Nebraska born, Dr. Judd took his training at the famous Mayo Clinic before going to China. He is an eloquent, spirited and dynamic speaker … If any public servant should know the answer to the Communist menace, Dr. Judd certainly should—therefore, he is eminently worthy of being heard.
President Thomas H. Coulter will preside.
