who will talk on
The Solution of Commercial Problems
Mr. Sprague was one of the founders in 1895 and for the past several years Secretary of the Commercial Law League of America, also founder of the well known publication for boys, The American Boy, also one of the founders of the National Association of Credit Men. A man of constructive thought and activity and in the forefront of the country's business activities.
ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS: How do you stand regarding your attendance? Lest you forget, we publish the following for your information.
Any member who is absent from four 4 consecutive evening meetings and fails to deliver to the President or Secretary a written explanation in sufficient time for presentation at the next Directors' meeting following, which explanation shall prove satisfactory to a majority of the Board of Directors shall, by action of the Board of Directors be declared to have forfeited his membership in this club, provided that any member who has been absent from four (4) consecutive meetings shall be notified of such fact by registered letter from the Secretary before action is taken to forfeit his membership.
