A UNIQUE PROGRAM
MLLE. THÉRÈSE QUADRI
For several years Prof. of Diction of Mme. Marcella Sembrich's Artistes' pupils.
INTERNATIONAL PRIMA DONNA - COMEDIENNE
A rare combination of sparking wit, pep and artistry. She is known as Ambassadress of Happiness because she puts joy in her programs. Mlle. Quadri has a beautiful soprano voice, gives delightful monologues and sings classical and popular songs in French, Italian, German and English. Her return date record is remarkable.
This petite and charming favorite of the footlights, studied in France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland, before coming to New York. Thus she speaks fluently (and sings) four different languages. Broadway audiences have seen her in the company of such distinguished actors and actresses as Noel Coward, Gertrude Lawrence, Madge Kennedy, Vivian Martin, Donald Brian, etc. Victor Herbert claimed Mlle. Quadri as a personal friend and enjoyed her mastery of several string instruments — particularly the harp — Don't be A. W. O. L. this Thursday or you'll regret it when you hear about the Ad Clubbers going wild over this dashing and colorful singer of joy and happiness! Rochester (N. Y.) Ad Club.

What Rotary Clubs Say
BROOKLYN, N. Y.
Our ever welcome friend Mlle. T. Q. just as vivacious and attractive as ever, if not more so (Oct. 20, 1932) spent the next few minutes with her rare talent in a number of songs sung in her inimitable way. If you don't think our members like Mlle. Q. and enjoy her songs, you should have heard the applause, watched their unanimous participation when she asked all to join in Happy Days and seen the reluctance with which she was allowed to resume her seat. K-4 U. S. Secret Service man, the speaker and Mlle. Q. certainly provided a program as interesting and unusual as any that has been given in a long while.
ROTARY BULLETIN.
NEW YORK CITY.
Her songs brought smiles to the faces of our military guests and General Pershing who was presented immediately following her superb performance said, Whatever thoughts I may have had in mind with relation to what I was going to say, went like that (snapping his fingers) when Mademoiselle began to sing. Mademoiselle is responsible for it if I make a poor speech.

It was with some trepidation that the program committee decided to engage a female entertainer for the occasion; rather contrary to our custom. Five minutes after Mlle.
