Figure ERIN FARLEY Baritone ERIN FARLEY Baritone Erin Farley is perhaps the most distinguished singer that Alabama has given to the world of music. This great baritone possesses a beautiful voice of power and sweetness and he uses it with all the effectiveness which his masterly technique heightens. The personality of this singer is robust yet polished and he wins his audiences from his first entrance. He is able to maintain his hold upon them by his sympathetic understanding of the songs he presents. Artists come and go but those that endure in the appreciation of audiences are those who, like Erin Farley, sing for the love of singing. The constant re-engagements given Mr. Farley emphasize all that his management can say in his praise. Erin Farley, a gifted baritone, sang songs by Brahms, Schumann, and Tschaikowsky, with beautiful style. Times, New York City The Orpheus introduced Erin Farley as soloist, a fortunate circumstance for everyone concerned, for the art of this singer is of the kind which gives enormous satisfaction. Express, Buffalo, N. Y. Erin Farley disclosed a baritone voice of wide range and marvelous flexibility. So delighted were his hearers that he was recalled again and again. Daily Eagle, Brooklyn, N. Y. Seldom has a more beautiful baritone voice been displayed here. Mr. Farley did his finest work in the sustained pianissimo, but his abilities also extended to declamatory work such as was manifested in the fiery animation of the 'Toreador' song and Schumann's 'Dedication'.
