MONOLOGUES, READINGS AND IMPERSONATIONS
GENERAL EXTENSION DIVISION
THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA
J. WESLEY HOLLAND
Chaplain J. Wesley Holland has given years to the fitting of himself for the platform. A student of life since his boyhood in Iowa, Mr. Holland naturally imitates the types of life everywhere found, especially the little boy and old man types. He reads a program of his own poems, many of which have been widely published. In monologues, his critics say he is at his best, as a reader, while in his imitations and throat whistling he is in his own class.
