ean Fuller is a distinguished lawyer … a native of Iowa, he graduated in law and received his LL.B. from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa.
For many years including the period of Mexico's many revolutions he practiced law in Mexico City and Tampico as general counsel for numerous large American and international oil interests.… He is an authority on International Law.
His book
Fuller on Mexican Corporation Law
is a leading work widely used by the legal profession … also his books on Mexican Divorce Laws … foreign laws and divorce laws of our various states.
He is now senior partner in the law firm of Fuller and Hartley … president of the financing firm of Fuller-Sherman Company, Inc.
