FRANK G. ARMITAGE B.H., F.R.G.S., F.R.C.I.
GIFTED to an unusual degree in the art of mimicry and expression, Frank G. Armitage, entertainer from London, Eng., has evolved a program that is at once exceedingly funny, intensely entertaining, and yet remarkably artistic. Assisted by grease paint and wigs, his vivid impersonations of Dickens' famous characters have placed him in the front rank as a portrayalist of that famous writer.
Being often called upon to entertain children and give forms of entertainment lighter than his Dickens program, Mr. Armitage became versed in the magic and crystal gazing of India and other forms of Oriental mystery. He also acquired the art of entertaining with ventriloquism.
