IN WALKED JIMMY
IN WALKED JIMMY is another popular sparkling comedy drama presented by the Redpath Bureau.  From start to finish it is full of the livest quips and fun, and audiences everywhere have found it a genuine hit.  It will be presented by a New York cast and is an excellent number for any Lyceum course.

In Walked Jimmy is a comedy in four acts by Minnie Z. Jaffa.  What Jimmy walked into was a broken - down shoe factory, at a time when the clerks had all been fired and the proprietor was on the verge of suicide.

Jimmy, nothing else but plain Jimmy, would have been a mysterious figure had it not been for his matter-of-fact manner, his smile and his everlasting humanness.  He puts the shoe business on its feet, wins the heart of the girl clerk, saves her erring brother from jail, escapes that place as a permanent boarding house, himself, and foils the villain.

Clean, wholesome comedy, with a dash of excitement and more than a little bit of true philosophy, makes In Walked Jimmy one of the most delightful of plays.  Jimmy is full of the religion of life, the religion of happiness and of helpfulness, and he so permeates the atmosphere with his religion that everyone is happy.  The spirit of optimism, good cheer and hearty laughter dominates the play.
