MANAGEMENT CLEVELAND LYCEUM BUREAU, CLEVELAND. OHIO
Merry Musical Maids
TWO VERY TALENTED YOUNG LADIES, possessing a great amount of natural ability along musical and dramatic lines, and having studied with the very best instructors, and having had lyceum engage¬ments throughout New England, are now prepared to meet the demand of our well educated lyceum and chautauqua audiences.
Their program consists of Duets, Folklore, Monologues, Impersonations and Pianologues (in costume). A short play introduces music. (Folklore dances of the different nations in costume when desired.)
Miss Annette Symms
Miss Symms gives a series of national songs, and folklore, each absolutely cor¬rect to the most minute and artistic detail of voice, tone production, action and mannerism, as well as in an elaborate costume, of each nation represented.
Miss Helen Paine
Miss Paine is a vocalist, pianist, reader and pianologist. She is indeed a versatile young lady, for she has one and all of these various accomplish¬ments as the saying is, "down pat." The audience wonders, "What next can she do that she has not done?" This is it, she has written some clever monologues that are being used with success.
We like to get these clever and original people, as they always bring a freshness to their platform work, something new and attractive, and both Miss Paine and ^ * Miss Symms do all of this, and more too. There is not a wait or a weak spot in p4 the program ren¬dered by the
