Note	The original date of publication for this cartoon is unknown, but it had to have been soon after the November 2, 1920 presidential election. Warren Harding headed a Republican landslide that year that turned out both the Democratic Congress and the Administration. The cartoon was reprinted in 1920 in "The Jazz era" (also titled "Dedicated to home brew, suffragettes and discords, successors to wine, women and song; being a book of cartoons by - Jay N. Darling - Ding.") Des Moines, The Des Moines Register.
