Contained Text	We carry hunters liscences and duck stamps for the accomodation of our customers; and some heavy wool socks and fleece lined underwear please; rubber boots $8.00; duck stamps and hunting liscence sold here; liquor store; drugs; lets see now--asperin tablets, shaving cream, tooth paste, surgeons plaster, matches, etc, etc; quess we've got everything; check; how about your duck stamps and hunting liscences?; honest! we're good law abiding sportsmen. we just forgot that's all!; you would ask that!!!
Note	Darling was the author of the Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp (Duck Stamp Act), and drew the first Federal Duck Stamp (which see) By 1998, this program had raised $500 million dollars, which has been used to purchase and preserve over 5 million acres of wetland habitat
