'AAC FACULTY STAFF ARRIVES

Des Moines, Ia.-*-(/p)—An advance detachment of four officers who will be on the faculty staff of the Women's Army Auxiliary Training Corps to be set up at Fort Des Moines arrived here Tuesday.
They immediately went into conference with Lieut. Col. L. V. Padgett, Fort Des Moines post commandant, and other post officers concerning preliminary details of setting up the new training corps.
The .officers arriving. Tuesday were:
Lieut. Col. Francis Egan, who will be post quartermaster; Maj. William B. Houseal, who will be secretary of the training school; Maj. William H. Harton and Capt. Gordon C. Jones.
The officers declined to release any information on the operation of the WAAC's pending the arrival of Col. Don C. Faith, who will serve as commandant of the "West Point for Women." Colonel Faith is expected to arrive here Monday.
