All women candidates should make application by mail to one o* the following offices of naval officer procurement, stating their age, education and marital status, Capt. Root announced. Nar al officer procurement offices receding applications are: Board of Trade Building, Chicago; Book Tower Building, Detroit, Michigan; Roanoke Building, Minneapolis, Minn.; Missouri-Pacific Building, St. Louis, Missouri; Central Armory, Cleveland, Ohio; Finance Building, Kansas City, Missouri; Old Federal Building, Des Moines* Iowa; arid at the new office at 429 North Pennsylvania avenue, Indianapolis, Ind., which opens Tuesday.
Offices cannot interview applicants except by appointment, Capt
