Cedar Falls—C£pt. R. K. Davis, commanding officer for the Waves training station at Iowa State Teachers college, has arrived at the base and assumed top command of the center, according lo an announcement from headquarters Saturday.
Captain Davis, came here from Great Lakes, 111., where he had been on duty at the naval training station.
With the arrival oi uapiaui ua-vis,. the. complete personnel of officers has reported. Acting as executive commander is Lieut. Com. E. E. Peitee, who arrived several weeks ago to do preliminary work for the Waves arrival.
Officer Personnel. The personnel includes these two commanders, a number of lieutenants and ensigns in the regular „navy, and about 20 Waves officers. All will serve as instructors for the enlisted Waves after their arrival on Tuesday.
