Mrs. Bowman Announces
Women To Assist In
Local Office
Mrs. Charles /4& Bowman announced today^fhe/list of women who will skcvp in the WAAC information center that has been established in room 204 of the post office. The project is under the sponsorship of the Iowa City Woman's club, in response to a re: quest from the war department that such centers be opened throughout the nation.
In charge of the office between the hours of 2 and 4 o'clock each week-day afternoon will be the following Woman's club members: Mrs. C. O. Ihgersoll and Mrs. A. A. Welt, Monday; Mrs. Bert Kent and Mrs. C. H. Boiler, Tuesday; Mrs. George Johnston and Mrs. W. R. Whiteis, Wednesday; Mrs. Harry Green and Mrs. Ned Raymond, Thursday; Mrs. George Maresh and Mrs. Philip D. Ketelsen, Friday, and Mrs. A. M. Winters and Miss Gertrude Dennis, Saturday.
