Note	Caption reads: Olive Borden, one-time silent film star who earned $1,500 a week, now gets $12.50 a week as an auxiliary at the WAAC training center at Fort Des Moines, and says she is happy in this real-life role (picture at right). Miss Borden decided to join the WAACs where her husband joined the navy. Above are a star-still of Miss Borden of the silents, and a picture showing her with George O'Brien in "Three Bad Men" (1926).
