Will Help Recruit All-Iowa Company
Cpl. Mary E. Bieze 'of the Iowa Recruiting district office of the Women's Army. Auxiliary Corps, Dubuque, will j be in Elkader Thursday, June 17. It is planned to form an all-Iowa girl company of WAACs this month, with a mass induction ceremony scheduled for June 30 in Des Moines,

and it is in this connection that 'Cpl. Bieze will visit Elkader.
Some of the new specialties for which members of the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps are trained are bombsight repairers, parachute riggers, and Link trainer instructors, Cpl. Bieze says. Every woman who enrolls in the WAAC is doing more than helping herself, far more than just a skilled job, the recruiter emphasizes. Every WAAC is really helping to build the army of the United States, for every member releases j a soldier for the fighting front.
