Capt. Bain Speaker For Graduation Of WAVE Yeoman

Comm. B. B. Peftee. commanding officer, will introduce the graduation speaker. Capt. E. 0. Bain of Great Lakes.

Captain Bain was born in Auburn, N. V.. and graduated from the Naval Academy in the Class of 1920. During the First World War he served on transports, and since that time has been continually in submarine service except for two years service aboard the USS Lexington and the USS Saratoga.
He saw extensive combat service aboard submarines in the Pacific theatre in this war.
Captain Bain, in addition to the gold dolphins of a sibmai'in-ion of Merit.
