Twilight Parade Tonight; Visit by WAC

Col. WeStfoy Bittle Boyce, new director of the'women's army corps, will arrive Moines JFrlday night for the WAC officer candidate school graduation Saturday morning. She was commissioned a second lieutenant here almost three years ago-Colonel Boyce will be acconv panted by Mai. Pr.nclB A-Clementa. war cot~ B0*CE-department general staff, training group. The fifty-eighth class of officers will be addressed by Brig. Gen. P. .X. English, chief of staff for the seventh service command.

The graduation coincides with the third anniversary of the opening of Port Pei Moines as a women's training center July 20, 1942. A parade at 10 a. m. will precede the ceremony.
