PRISONERS HAVE SERVICES IN IOWA CAMPS

Special Christma^ observances were held Saturday fat the camps at Eldora, la., {and ^umboldt, la., where Italian |war prisoners are : being held. f

Eldora residents provided a Christmas tree and decorations for the work camp which is located in the old civilian conservation corps building at the Hardin county fair grounds. The prisoners are stationed there while helping with the north central Iowa hemp harvest.-
At Humboldt the Ked Cross provided Christmas "extras" for the prisoners housed at the fany grounds there. Sherbets, cigarefs and games, were donated. Qiake was provided by members .-<5f St. Mary's church and Methodist church members gave^ popcorn balls.
