J Nicholas Beery. 32. Friday was or- | «pfered returned t^yffiil at Clarinda4 I by U. S. Commissioner/ Ralph Ferguson where he will/await grand jury action. Beery was surrendered I by his bondsman after he was arrested at Clarinda on a charge of drunkenness, Ferguson said. He was free on bond after being turned over to the grand jury when he pleaded guilty to the theft of cigarets from the prisoner of war camp where he was employed.
