Federal Court Resumes Tomorrow

The fall session of federal court will be resumed by Judge Charles A. Dewey at 9:30 a. m. tomorrow I with trial of condemnation proceedings against four tracts of Page county land seized by the government as part of the site for the Clarinda prisoner of war camp.
The court was in recess this afternoon after a short session this j morning in which George Andrits-j ogiannis, 29, a native of Greece, was made an American citizen. At) his request the court changed his name to Andros. He came to this country in 1930, made his home at Macon, Ga., entered the U. S. navy last May and is now stationed at the Ottumwa naval air base.
Six civilians took out second pa- i pers for naturalization today. They! will receive their final papers at the January session of court.
