About the Collection
Now entering its fourth year, "The Daily Palette" features the work of an Iowa artist each day on its Web site. More than one thousand artists working in the fine arts, literature, video and the performing arts have been showcased. The project was launched in 2004-2005 in conjunction with The University of Iowa Year of the Arts & Humanities to promote public interest and appreciation in the arts.
The Palette was developed and is managed by a team from the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences School of Art & Art History Intermedia Area. During 2006-2008, the Iowa Review edits the literary pages of the Palette.
