The John Vander Maas Railroadiana Collection includes hundreds of thousands of items related to the American railroad industry. A portion of these items, which were taken in Iowa, have been digitized for inclusion in this online collection. The photographs document railroad depots (both abandoned and in-use) in images dating from the late 1800s into the 1980s.
