Ruling: Ruled in graphite for 14 lines.
Hand: An Italic hand, early 17th century England, likely coming from the Court Chancery. The words in bold resemble more of the Jacobean Hand, with gothic influence.
Marginal Notation Notes: Signature of Jacobus R[ex] in bottom right corner. There is a seal that has been imprinted under a second piece of parchment that is shaped as a four-pointed star. Red wax with what may be the seal of James I, King of England.
