Negro WAC band in concert today

Morning Register Des Moines, Iowa Negro WAC Band In Concert Today The 404th band of Fort Des Moines, the only all-Negro WAC band in the United States, will present a concert at 7 p. m. today in Theater No.jl at the fort. Lt. Ernestine L. Woods is director of the band. The concert is open to the public.
