Partial interview in which Peter Nazareth interviews the playwright Zakaria Ariffin. Zakaria Ariffin discusses his play 'The Opera House'; he states that the play is about anti-British feeling in Malaysia after the trial and execution of two British drug dealers. Zakaria Ariffin explains that although Malaysia is a civilized society, Malaysians are sometimes portrayed as barbarians in Great Britain.
